Vinayaka Special School, founded in 2022 under the Vinayaka Charitable Trust, is a nurturing space for differently-abled children in Kollam District. Our mission is to provide inclusive education, therapy, and rehabilitation services to children with intellectual disabilities—ensuring they receive equal opportunities and care in a supportive environment. Our dedicated team works toward creating awareness, offering medical and psychological support, and promoting dignity, equality, and inclusion. With services like physiotherapy, special education, and speech therapy, we've already supported over 100 children. Guided by the vision of a fairer educational system, we also work to uplift socially marginalized communities, assist teachers and institutions, and collaborate on research and development that advances equitable learning.
